  • Unexpected office closure – for example during a power outage or a weather event – we can let your staff leave while we handle the patient notifications.
  • Overflow/Peak Load/Disaster Coverage – You can automatically route calls to Answer Center when all of your lines are busy, or you’re short staffed and don’t want calls to go unanswered.
